This extra virgin olive oil is distinguished by a maximum acidity of 0.2° to 0.3°. We find on the nose notes of ripe olives very present. In the mouth, it offers a characteristic taste of stone, a very nice ardor and notes of peppermint and almond with, in the bottom of the mouth, a very perceptible final touch of pepper.
An oil with character and a condiment on its own!
