Job Description

The order picker ensures the proper preparation and shipment of customer orders (B2B and B2C). They play a crucial role in the speed and quality of MyMarket's service.

This position requires rigor, speed, and excellent coordination with the other logistics teams and customer service.

🎯 

Main Responsibilities

• Accurately prepare customer orders (dry goods, food, hygiene products, etc.)
• Scan and check products (traceability, expiry dates, quantities)
• Ensure packaging and wrapping according to MyMarket standards
• Group and organize orders by zone and delivery route
• Collaborate with delivery drivers to optimize loading and departure flow
• Participate in regular inventories and report anomalies (shortages, picking errors, returns)
• Strictly follow the warehouse's hygiene, safety, and cleanliness rules

• Picking error rate ≤ 0.5%
• Average number of orders prepared per day
• Average preparation time per order
• Adherence to delivery departure slots
• Return / anomaly rate
