Are you a passionate site manager? You could be the person we are looking for! As a manager, you coordinate the various team leaders in the areas of receiving, picking, shipping and outbound. At the same time, you manage external service providers and work closely with the local HR department as well as other important stakeholders within the FC and the central team. This is a position of responsibility where you can have a significant impact on the well-being and effectiveness of your colleagues.

Your missions

• Hire and lead teams in the FC, as well as a team of Supervisors and Operations Managers
• Be responsible for all warehouse processes and results in the areas of growth, safety, quality and productivity.
• Implement and monitor the optimization of existing logistics structures and processes, as well as define new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Be involved in the operational capacity planning of your FC.
• Guarantee safety at work in accordance with legal rules and quality criteria.
