Preparation for dark bread

Ingredients: 500g dark bread mix, 6g oil, 10g dried yeast or 16g fresh yeast, 630ml water, 1 tsp salt. Place the flour in a bowl. Mix the flour with the dried yeast. If using fresh yeast, dissolve it with 1/2 tsp sugar in lukewarm water (30°C) and add it to the flour. Add the salt and knead for about 2 minutes at low speed using a dough hook. Then add the oil while kneading, increase the speed, and knead for another 4-5 minutes. Pour the dough into a greased and floured loaf pan and smooth the surface. Cover the loaf with a damp cloth (or cling film) and let it rise in a warm place for about 30-45 minutes (until doubled in volume). To give the crust a nicer color, brush with sunflower oil after rising. Meanwhile, place a fireproof dish filled with water on the bottom rack of the oven and preheat to 190°C (375°F) using the conventional oven setting. Bake for 60 minutes. Remove the bread, turn it out of the pan, and slice it only when it is completely cool. Store the bread in the refrigerator.
