Ispirazione Venezia draws inspiration from the blending expertise of coffee roasters in Venice, a city once at the crossroads of two civilizations. Ispirazione Venezia wishes to exalt one of the most tenacious local coffee traditions in Italy with a roast that marries intense notes of Ottoman influence with the highly aromatic profiles of European coffee. We owe these influences to Venetian merchants, the first coffee importers in Italy. The city was indeed the gateway to Ottoman culture, and its port was soon overflowing with roasters and other blending experts. Venetian roasters have refined their art over the centuries and have been able to pass on their know-how to subsequent generations. Ispirazione Venezia wanted to draw inspiration from this know-how transmitted by Venetian roasters, from this art of harmoniously combining the aromatic and intense notes of different coffees. Ispirazione Venezia is the longest roasted coffee in our range.
