To create this invigorating blend, our tea masters source quality green teas from China's Jiangxi, Anhui and Zhejiang provinces. This region, known as the "golden triangle", is renowned for its quality. We include high quality Chun Mee tea - silver tips and leaf clippings - harvested in early spring, which tastes milder and sweeter. Chun Mee translates to "precious eyebrows", a name inspired by the curled appearance of dried tea leaves. Chun Mee has a nuttier flavor than most green teas and gives this blend a lovely character that pairs particularly well with citrus. We also add real lemon zest and our unique lemon flavor, which adds a nice hint of citrus and underlines the delicacy of green tea. The result is a wonderfully clean and refreshing drink.
