To create this blend, our tea masters start with a base of fine green teas from China's Jiangxi, Anhui and Zhejiang provinces. Known as the "Golden Triangle", this region is renowned for the quality of its green tea production. We include high quality Chun Mee leaves and tips in the blend, a tea prized for its lightly toasted, almost nutty taste. Ours is harvested in early spring when the tea has a more delicate and sweet flavor. To turn it into our Mint Mystique tea, we add dried spearmint leaves and our signature mint flavor. The result is a refreshing tea with a green-yellow color and unmistakable minty aromas, with its flavors of dried grass complemented by a distinctive minty freshness.
