Mori-Nu Extra Firm Silken Tofu is a great addition to your pantry. This smooth, solid soy-based block is an excellent protein-rich meat substitute. This extra-firm variety is firmer than regular silken tofu, while retaining its smooth, creamy texture. It can be cut into cubes with a knife and retain its shape. This makes it ideal for adding to curries, stir-fries and soups. Like its milder variety, it also works well as a dairy alternative in creamy sauces and desserts.
